Deep, sweet-toned aroma: smoke, toast, banana-like fruit leaning toward chocolate. In the small cup medium body, smooth and balanced in structure. The chocolate turns crisp and cedary. Continuing hints of candied fruit or banana. Very pronounced presence in milk: The chocolate is elegant and complex, with continued banana and perhaps mint tones.

Superb aroma: Richly and deeply fruity with floral top notes. In the small cup leanish but smooth mouthfeel, salty sweet, crisp, deeply cedary, with an apricot-toned semi-sweet chocolate. Rich but slightly astringent finish. Masters milk with dry power but without opulence.
