Sweet and deep in aroma and cup: notes of moist, freshly fallen leaves, and a ripe, slightly fermented fruit that reaches toward dark chocolate in the cup. Fullish body. Simple, cedar-toned finish.
Pungent fruit and floral notes in cup and aroma: berry and black currant combine with flowers, citrus and a hint of butterscotch. The flavor notes linger well into the long finish, along with a pleasant dry sweetness.

An intense cup. Pungent herb and cedar mingle with a soft fruit in aroma and cup. Full body, smooth mouthfeel. The fruit sweetens toward chocolate in the cup, balancing the sharper herb and cedar notes. The chocolate persists to soften the long, dry finish.
Rich, pronounced but sweet-toned acidity dominates aroma and cup. Milk chocolate, fresh-cut aromatic wood and a hint of fruit in the aroma. In the cup heavy body, continued aromatic wood and chocolate with a dry, pungent fruit that suggests black currant or dried apricot. Flavor outlasts astringency in the long, resonant finish.
