|Roaster Location:||Lexington, Virginia|
|Coffee Origin:||Huehuetenango growing region, Guatemala.|
|Review Date:||December 2009|
Sweet, mildly pungent aroma with hints of chocolate and anise. In the cup, balanced, fruit-toned acidity, lightly syrupy body and a sustained complex of orangy citrus and continued chocolate with a berry-like fruit complication. The chocolate turns bittersweet in the finish.
