Blind Assessment
Aroma of cedary wood and roasty chocolate, with a faint hint of earthiness. In the cup, medium body, leanish mouthfeel and flavor dominated by sweet-toned aromatic wood that lingers into a long, dry, mildly roasty finish.
Notes
Coffee from the Toraja region of Sulawesi, once Celebes, typically displays a wild and often earth-toned character, the result of unorthodox methods of fruit removal and drying. Tully's is a large quality-oriented specialty roasting company and caf? chain based in Seattle. Visit
