  • Peaberry Medium Roast

Roast: Light Review Date: November 2010
Origin: Northern Thailand Price: NA

Blind Assessment: Intense, very light-roasted, naturally sweet coffee. Orange, cedar, nut in the aroma. The citrus note turns to an almost sugary ripe lemon in the cup, with continued cedar and molasses-like complications. Rich, tartly sweet acidity; lively, lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Orange reprises along with cedar in the long, resonant finish.

Notes: Bluekoff is a Thai company that is involved in all aspects of coffee, from milling and roasting to sales of coffee and related equipment and training services. Visit www.bluekoff.com or call +66-84-344-8887 for more information.

Who Should Drink It: Clean, sweetly bright, buoyant coffee with symphonically complex citrus character.

Coffee, more so than wine, is a continually changing product. Recent reviews, whether written by Coffee Review or readers, are most likely to reflect current versions of a given coffee.
