Delicately rich, sweet-toned. Distinct carob-like chocolate, brown sugar, hints of ripe citrus and spicy aromatic wood – sandalwood perhaps – in aroma and cup. Quiet, vibrant acidity; plushly full mouthfeel. Flavor carries almost intact into a round, sweet-toned finish.
