Smooth, quietly complex: orange, walnut, raisin, honeyish flowers in aroma and cup. Softly crisp, sweet-toned acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. The finish is sweetly rich, with a drying hint in the long.

Deep-toned, rose-like floral notes dominate aroma, cup and finish, with fresh-cut fir, nectarine-like fruit and ripe lemon complications. Intense, sweetly tart acidity; silky mouthfeel; long, rich finish.

Intense cedar tone dominates the aroma. Silky mouthfeel and soft flavors that hint at cherry-chocolate, malt and walnut. Wood-toned chocolate in the softly astringent finish.

Dry berry or black currant, flowers, hints of lemon and aromatic wood in the aroma. All carry into a luxuriously sweet cup, with the lemon note dominating. Rich, complexly fruit-toned acidity, silky to lightly syrupy mouthfeel, clean, gently lemon-toned finish.

Lightly and sweetly acidy with delicately crisp floral, walnut and orange notes running from aroma through cup to the particularly impressive finish, where the sweetness peaks and the flavor notes consolidate and survive a slight tightness.

Complexly fruity and richly floral coffee - papaya, lemon, coffee fruit, hints of dusk-blooming flowers and chocolate, all ride a strong, balanced structure: good body, smooth mouthfeel, supple, sweet acidity.

A coffee that requires patience. The aroma is rather flat, the cup smoothly full but inert. A pleasant chocolate sensation surprises in the finish, however, and the aftertaste is sweet, rich and long.

Bean-size aside, everything in this coffee walks the middle, from the subdued vanilla-nut complex in the aroma, through the clear but unemphatic acidity in the cup, to the clean aftertaste. Unfortunately, no resonance at the bottom of the profile, no shimmers at the top, no development in the finish. Satisfying but limited.

A complete but rather simple profile; decent acidity balances the pungency of the moderately dark roast. Hints of vanilla intensify and the entire profile sweetens as the coffee cools.
