Evaluated as espresso. Complex but balanced. In the small cup fruit suggestions range from zesty tangerine to rounder plum and banana, with floral top notes and a pungent fresh-cut cedar. Lightly syrupy mouthfeel; fruit and cedar resolve toward chocolate in a long, clean finish. Two parts milk further develop the chocolate tendency with continued plum and citrus complication.
Intense, exhilaratingly complex, resonant. A cascade of floral notes ranging in suggestion from bitter lavender to lush honeysuckle. Honey, tangerine, and a crisp, cocoaish chocolate. Round, richly stated acidity; syrupy, lively mouthfeel. Deep, flavor-saturated finish.

Richly structured coffee with an intense balance of sweet, bitter and tart tastes supporting complex aromatics: lavender-like flowers, pecan, fresh-cut fir, and most strikingly, an unusual fruit note simultaneously suggesting mango and melon.
