Sweet, lively, juicy. Cane sugar, honeysuckle, white grape, hazelnut, a hint of tapioca in aroma and cup. Bright, resonant acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates in a long, sweet-toned finish.

Fruit notes are layered and shifting: tangerine, guava, strawberry, more, complicated by honeyish floral notes and a crisp, nutty roasted cacao nib. Juicy, lively acidity; silky mouthfeel. Flowers in particular saturate a long, resonant finish.

Exhilaratingly intense and intricate floral notes, candied citrus, crisp roasted cacao nib, a hint of moist pipe tobacco in aroma and cup. Balanced, gently bright acidity; silky, buoyant mouthfeel. Very sweet, long, juicy finish.

Evaluated as espresso. In the small cup both Ken (91) and his co-taster (92) admired the bright, refreshing fruit (strawberry in particular) rounded by a fudgy chocolate, an impressively syrupy mouthfeel, and a flavor-saturated but clean finish. Vivacious in three parts milk: orange zest and caramel.
