Crisply sweet-savory, gently lactic. Strawberry yogurt, lemon verbena, baking chocolate, hazelnut, cedar in aroma and cup. Sweet-savory structure with tangy acidity; soft, velvety mouthfeel. Crisp, fruit- and cocoa-toned finish.

Sweetly pungent, fruit-forward. Dried raspberry, baker’s chocolate, fruit brandy, candied violet, fragrant sandalwood in aroma and cup. Round, fruit-toned acidity; crisp, satiny mouthfeel. The finish consolidates around rich-toned cocoa and sweet violet notes.

Richly sweet with an intricate, layered complexity. Honeycomb, wisteria-like flowers, peach, roasted cacao nib in aroma and cup. Gently tart, juicy acidity; syrupy, buoyantly lively mouthfeel. The peach note in particular carries into a rich, sweet-toned finish.
