Crisply sweet-savory, gently lactic. Strawberry yogurt, lemon verbena, baking chocolate, hazelnut, cedar in aroma and cup. Sweet-savory structure with tangy acidity; soft, velvety mouthfeel. Crisp, fruit- and cocoa-toned finish.
Produced by Edwin Rosas of Finca Lorayne entirely of the Catuaí variety of Arabica, and processed by the anaerobic natural method, in which coffee in the whole fruit is fermented in an oxygen-free environment before being dried, also in the whole fruit. Ragamuffin Coffee Roasters is a specialty roaster based in Newbury Park, California. Visit www.ragamuffinroasters.com for more information.
A pretty Panama Catuaí that expresses the classic tanginess of the anaerobic natural profile with delicacy and balance.
