Delicate, deeply floral. Lilac, redwood, candied walnuts, roasted cacao nib, dried apple in aroma and cup. Crisp, lively acidity; buoyant, silky-smooth mouthfeel. Flavors consolidate to roasted cacao nib and redwood in the gently drying, rather short, finish.
Round, resonant, deep. Dark chocolate, gently scorched cedar, raisin, plum blossom, musk in aroma and cup. Gently brisk acidity; light though syrupy-textured mouthfeel. Dark chocolate and flowers carry into a rich though drying finish with a complicating suggestion of savory.
Sweet, plain, refreshing. Honey, or perhaps agave syrup, fresh-cut birch wood, plumeria, a hint of tangerine-like citrus in aroma and cup. Sweet-toned, delicate acidity; satiny mouthfeel. Flavor simplifies in a short finish, though the flower and wood notes persist.
