Richly fruit-forward, chocolate-toned. Dried blueberry, chocolate fudge, gardenia, cashew, orange zest in aroma and cup. Deeply sweet with fruity acidity; plush, creamy mouthfeel. Chocolaty finish with blueberry and orange complication.
Southern Ethiopia coffees like this one are largely produced from distinctive indigenous Ethiopian landrace varieties of Arabica long grown in their respective regions. This is a dry-processed or “natural” version (coffee is dried inside the entire fruit).
