Blind Assessment: Intensely rich aroma: grapefruit, sweet-toned sandalwood and cedar. In the cup creamy body, penetratingly but gentle acidity, continued sweetly pungent fruit -- grapefruit, tart berry -- and aromatic wood. A juicy, flavor-saturated short finish turns crisply dry in the long.
Notes: Probably a very clean yet intense version of the traditional Sumatra wet-hulled coffee type with its richly fruity and pungent tendencies. Who Should Drink It: The new style of Sumatra at its finest: Intense, exotic, yet graceful.
