Evaluated in brew bag format with a steeping time of 5 minutes in 8 ounces of water. Crisply sweet, nut-toned. Cocoa powder, pomegranate, almond, orange zest, magnolia in aroma and cup. Sweet-toned with brisk acidity; plush, creamy mouthfeel. Cocoa-toned finish supported by notes of orange zest and almond.
Produced by Juana Delgado and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Packaged in brew bag format by Steeped Coffee. A sweetly nut-toned single-origin Guatemala brew bag, crisply chocolaty with tart fruit and bittersweet citrus complications.
