Evaluated as espresso. Crisp, dry and cocoa-toned. Chocolate, plum, orange in aroma and small cup. Lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Chocolate carries into a drying, roast-toned finish. In three parts milk delicately chocolate with hints of plum and flowers.
