Blind Assessment
Savory-sweet, distinctive, intense. Dark chocolate, black currant, mulberry, floral vanilla, black sage in aroma and cup. Deeply and sweetly tart acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Sweet sage and berry in particular carry into a long, resonant finish.
