This Rwanda was produced entirely from local cultivars of the heirloom Bourbon variety. Wild Goose is an artisan roaster in the southern California town of Redlands striving for “World class coffee with a worldwide conscience.” Wild Goose emphasizes its relationship-driven green coffee sourcing, and for every pound of coffee sold it purchases ten pounds of food for a local food bank, with over 750,000 pounds donated to date.
