Blind Assessment
Sweetly and gently floral. Honey, jasmine, lemon drop, fresh-cut fir in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart, quietly lively acidity; light, silky mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates but saturates a very lightly drying, flower-toned finish.
