Blind Assessment:

As brewed in a Keurig B70 Platinum single-serve brewing device using a “OneCoffee” Keurig-compatible capsule to produce a 6-ounce serving: Balanced, quiet, classic. Ripe orange, caramel, pear, a hint of fresh-cut fir in aroma and cup. Gentle, delicate acidity. Light, lean but silky mouthfeel. Clean, sweet, flavor-saturated finish.

Notes:

Certified organically grown and Fair Trade certified, meaning this coffee was purchased from small-holding farmers at a “fair” or economically sustainable price. OneCoffee cups are an innovative biodegradable design of single-serve coffee capsule (really a combination of pod and capsule) compatible with the widely distributed Keurig line of single-cup brewing devices. Canterbury Coffee is Western Canada’s largest specialty roaster, with a wide range of coffee brands, including the new OneCoffee single-serve line. Who Should Drink It: Keurig owners who enjoy a balanced, softly bright version of the classic Colombian cup.
