Blind Assessment
A slightly rough, but profoundly sweet and quite chocolaty cup. Brown sugar, dark chocolate, hints of lily, green grape and peach in aroma and cup. Round, backgrounded acidity; lightly but distinctly syrupy mouthfeel. Sweet, long, chocolate-toned finish.
