Strikingly rich, spice-toned. Sandalwood, tangerine, vanilla and cocoa in aroma and cup. Bright, fruity acidity; syrupy, yet levitatingly buoyant mouthfeel. Spicy, richly drying finish redolent of vanilla and sandalwood.
Produced by Gloria Rodriguez entirely from trees of the heirloom Bourbon variety of Arabica. This is a wet-processed or “washed” coffee, meaning the fruit skin and pulp were removed from the beans immediately after harvesting and before drying.
