Blind Assessment: Delicate, gently tart. Honey, red currant, hints rose hip, fresh-cut cedar, sweet prairie flowers. Sweetly bright, juicy acidity; lightly syrupy, lively mouthfeel. Rich, flavor-saturated finish.
