Blind Assessment
Crisp, sweet lemon-toned aroma with hints of flowers, raisin and blackberry. Bright acidity, lightly syrupy body and flavors of tart lemon and black currant with a delicate floral element. Clean finish with lingering tart flavor notes.
Notes
Chui is Safari Cup's name for their single-origin Kenya. Despite recent social and political disorder and a partial and rather confusing transition from auction system to open market, Kenya continues to produce some of the world's most elegant and distinctive coffees. Safari Cup is a coffee roaster that recently relocated to Chicago from Birmingham, Alabama. Safari Cup exclusively sources its coffee from Africa. Visit
