Blind Assessment
Crisply sweet, nut-toned. Almond, baking chocolate, blueberry, thyme, nutmeg in aroma and cup. Sweet-toned structure with delicate acidity; full, satiny-smooth mouthfeel. Almond notes carry the finish, supported by thyme and nutmeg.

Produced by Iris Suyapa Chicas of Finca La Joya, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Side By Each Brewing Co. is a specialty roaster, craft brewery, kitchen, and community gathering space all under one roof in sunny Auburn, Maine. The company closed permanently in December 2024.
