Complex, richly sweet, nut-toned. Yellow plum, apple blossom, caramel, cocoa powder, almond in aroma and cup. Sweet-toned structure with pert acidity; very full, syrupy mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to caramel-toned plum and almond.
Produced by Amilcar Corea of Finca La Laguna entirely of the Parainema variety of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and flesh are removed before drying). Manchill Roasteria is a Taiwan-based especially coffee roaster and e-commerce store with an eye toward value. Visit www.manchill.com.tw for more information.
A deep, subtly complex washed-process Honduras cup with an especially full, viscous mouthfeel.
