Blind Assessment: Crisp, balanced, vibrant. Cocoa nib, tea rose, hazelnut, marjoram, red apple in aroma and cup. Sweet structure with gentle acidity; buttery mouthfeel. The nuanced finish leads with notes of cocoa nib and marjoram, supported by red apple.
