Blind Assessment
Deep, shifting complexity in aroma and cup: lavender, musk, bergamot, cinnamon, roasted cacao nib. Buoyant, melodic acidity; silky mouthfeel. Flowers in particular saturate a delicately rich, gently drying finish.
Notes
Wild Goose is an artisan roaster in the southern California town of Redlands striving for “World class coffee with a worldwide conscience.” Wild Goose emphasizes its relationship-driven green coffee sourcing, and for every pound of coffee sold it purchases ten pounds of food for a local food bank, with over four-hundred thousand pounds donated to date. Who Should Drink It
Solid structure and deep, exotic aromatics should both reassure and surprise at breakfast.
