Blind Assessment

Deep, shifting complexity in aroma and cup: lavender, musk, bergamot, cinnamon, roasted cacao nib. Buoyant, melodic acidity; silky mouthfeel. Flowers in particular saturate a delicately rich, gently drying finish.
