Blind Assessment
Savory sweet, intriguing, intense. Raw honey, rich musk, night-blooming flowers, blood orange, roasted cacao nib and resiny aromatic wood in aroma and cup. Juicy, complicated acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. Aromatic wood and cacao nib carry into a gently drying finish.
