Blind Assessment: Understated floral-toned aroma unfolds dramatically in the cup with a rich cherry- and wine-like fruit and deepened floral notes. The acidity is particularly impressive, alive with wine and citrus hints. Lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor retains great presence and complexity in the long, resonant finish.
Notes: This is a dry-processed or "natural" coffee, meaning the beans were dried inside the fruit rather than after the fruit has been removed, as is the case with wet-processed or "washed" coffees. Coffea Roasterie is a South Dakota based wholesale and retail roaster, with a small but refined selection of mostly single-origin coffees. Visit
Who Should Drink It: Those who enjoy fine red table wines that express restrained but complex fruit character.
