Blind Assessment
Richly sweet-tart, citrusy. Wild honey, amber, Meyer lemon, lavender, cocoa nib in aroma and cup. Brightly sweet acidity; plump, viscous mouthfeel. Long, lingering, resonant finish.

Produced by the Layo Teraga Coffee Producers Coop, entirely of the 74110 variety of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Bottom Line
Akin to a restrained yet buttery California Chardonnay, this washed Ethiopia is deep-toned, very rich, and quite elegant.
