Blind Assessment

Crisply sweet, berry-toned. Blueberry, almond, baking chocolate, lime zest, nutmeg in aroma and cup. Sweet-toned structure with delicate acidity; full, satiny-smooth mouthfeel. Almond notes carry the finish, supported by baking chocolate and lime zest.

Notes

Produced by smallholding farmers, from trees of local landrace varieties of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Coffeebox Coffee founders Godfrey and Coco focus on small-batch coffee roasting with the goal of making the joy of premium coffee accessible to everyone. Visit shop.coffeebox.tw for more information.

Bottom Line

A friendly, engaging, natural-processed Ethiopia characterized by warm spice and ripe berry notes throughout the profile.
