Blind Assessment

A fundamentally sweet but lemony espresso showing hints of acidity yet remarkably smooth. Crisp, lemony chocolate in the aroma carrying into a medium-bodied cup. Lemons, flowers and berry in the finish. A bit lean in milk but quite sweet, with continuing lemon and chocolate notes.

In our tests this espresso showed best at a long, slow extraction - as long as 40 seconds. This review is based on an approximately 30-second extraction.
