Chocolaty, deeply rich. Dark chocolate, vanilla bean, yellow plum, cashew butter, cedar in aroma and cup. Brightly sweet with vibrant, juicy acidity; viscous, richly satiny mouthfeel. A long finish consolidates to notes of vanilla bean and cashew butter.
Produced by Eulogia Carrillo Julca of Finca El Mango, from trees of the Caturra, Pache and Typica varieties of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
