Blind Assessment
Fruit-forward, richly sweet-tart. Green grape, wild blueberry, cocoa nib, amber, star jasmine in aroma and cup. Gently bright, juicy acidity; very full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Cocoa-toned finish with blueberry and amber undertones.
Notes
Produced at ChocoVilcaMundo’s (CVM) El Dorado Farm, entirely of the Wush Wush variety of Arabica, and processed by the anaerobic natural method (fermented in an oxygen-free environment, then dried in the whole fruit). Paradise Roasters specializes in micro-lot Arabica and Robusta coffees from Asia and other emerging origins. Paradise prides itself on quality and freshness, craft-roasting coffees in small batches only after orders are placed. Visit www.paradiseroasters.com or call 808-498-4048 for more information.
Bottom Line
Another off-the-beaten-path coffee from Paradise, this Ecuador Wush Wush is lushly fruity, crisply cocoa-toned and richly floral.
