Blind Assessment
Crisply sweet-savory. Toffee, pomegranate, cedar, almond butter, candied violet in aroma and cup. Richly bittersweet structure with juicy acidity; satiny-smooth mouthfeel. The crisp finish consolidates to notes of pomegranate and almond butter.
