Blind Assessment
Richly aromatic, sweetly spice-toned. Bergamot, macadamia, cocoa nib, pineapple taffy, frankincense in aroma and cup. Gently bright, balanced acidity; energetic, silky-smooth mouthfeel. Tea-like finish, resonant and confident.
Notes
Produced at ChocoVilcaMundo’s (CVM) La Noria Farm, entirely of the Green Geisha (Geisha T.2722) variety of Arabica, and processed by the anaerobic natural method (fermented in an oxygen-free environment, then dried in the whole fruit). Paradise Roasters specializes in micro-lot Arabica and Robusta coffees from Asia and other emerging origins. Paradise prides itself on quality and freshness, craft-roasting coffees in small batches only after orders are placed. Visit www.paradiseroasters.com or call 808-498-4048 for more information.
Bottom Line
A rare Ecuador green Geisha, anaerobically processed and worth a splurge for its vibrancy, delicacy and singular composure.
