Blind Assessment
Invitingly fruity and nutty. Blood orange, almond brittle, Darjeeling, sassafras in aroma and cup. Juicy and buoyant acidity; full, velvety mouthfeel. Almond and sassafras carry far into the finish.

This is a wet-processed or “washed” coffee, meaning the fruit skin and pulp were removed from the beans immediately after harvesting and before drying.
