Blind Assessment: Fresh and spicy. Dark chocolate, walnut, citrus zest, hints of cinnamon and narcissus-like flowers in aroma and cup. Dryish, vibrant acidity; lively, silky mouthfeel. Chocolate, walnut, citrus all carry into a crisp, clean finish.
Notes: This coffee was grown by the Calderon Castillo family in the Tarrazu growing region of Costa Rica.
