Richly sweet-tart, fruity. Watermelon taffy, dark chocolate, salted caramel, cedar, tangerine in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet, tart-leaning acidity; plush, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Crisp, bold finish centers around notes of watermelon taffy and tangerine.

Produced by Carlos and Jacob Montero, from trees of the Red Catuai and Caturra varieties of Arabica, and processed by the anaerobic natural method, in which the coffee is fermented in the whole fruit with limited access to oxygen before drying.
