Fruity-sweet, floral-toned. Passionfruit, cantaloupe, magnolia, lemon verbena, cedar in aroma and cup. Bright, sparkling acidity; very smooth, silky mouthfeel. Resonant, harmonious, integrated finish.

Produced at Finca Tío Conejo, entirely of the Tabi variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit).
