Blind Assessment
Sweet, nut-toned. Pistachio, lilac, dried lemon zest, very ripe papaya, cedar in aroma and cup. Roundly sweet-tart in structure; delicately plump in mouthfeel. Nut and floral notes carry a quietly satisfying finish.
