Richly fruit-forward, sweetly tart. Dried strawberry, makrut lime, cocoa powder, hazelnut, freesia in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet-tart acidity; very full, satiny-smooth mouthfeel. Citrusy, cocoa-toned finish.

Produced at Finca La Palma, entirely of the Pink Bourbon variety of Arabica, and processed by the anaerobic natural method, in which the whole fruit is fermented in tanks with limited oxygen before drying, also in the whole fruit.
