Delicately and sweetly herbaceous. Lemon verbena, tangerine zest, cocoa nib, magnolia, oak in aroma and cup. Crisply sweet with gently savory undertones; silky mouthfeel. The finish consolidates to notes of lemon verbena and oak with hints of magnolia-like florals.
Produced by Gonzalo Hernandez and Jose Padilla at Coffea Diversa farm entirely of the Yellow Dalle variety of Arabica and processed by the honey method, in which some fruit flesh is left on the beans during the drying process. Paradise Roasters specializes in micro-lot Arabica and Robusta coffees from Asia and other emerging origins. The company prides itself on quality and freshness, craft-roasting coffees in small batches only after orders are placed. Visit www.paradiseroasters.com or call 763-433-0626 for more information.
A sweet-toned, citrusy-herbaceous cup from a rare tree variety most of us haven’t ever heard of, much less tasted.
