Produced by various smallholding farmers in Nicaragua and Guatemala from trees of the Caturra, Catuai, Bourbon, Catimor, Pacamara, Maracaturra, Pacas, and Typica varieties of Arabica, all processed by the washed method (fruit skin and flesh are removed from the beans before they are dried).
