Blind Assessment
Soft, sweet, lively. Cane sugar, prairie flowers, honeydew melon in aroma and cup. Round, balanced acidity; plush, gently buoyant mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates but lasts in a sweet-toned, rich finish.
