Blind Assessment
Juicy-sweet, fruit-driven. Lychee, tea rose, sandalwood, cashew, chocolate fudge in aroma and cup. Richly bittersweet structure with juicy, bright acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. The resonant, long, flavor-laden finish centers around notes of lychee and chocolate.

Produced by Rigoberto and Rodrigo Herrera at Finca Potosí of Café Granja Esperanza and processed by the natural method (beans are dried in the whole fruit).
