Crisp, sweetly pungent, juicy. Roasted cacao nib, honeysuckle-like flowers, amaretto, cactus fruit, black cherry in aroma and cup. Lively, almost effervescent acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. The cacao nib in particular carries into a sweet-toned, flavor-saturated finish.
