Evaluated as espresso. Crisply chocolaty, rich-toned. Dark chocolate, pomegranate, gently scorched oak, hazelnut, freesia in aroma and small cup. Crisp, velvety mouthfeel; finish leads with notes of dark chocolate and pomegranate. Chocolaty-sweet in cappuccino format, supported by hazelnut and pomegranate notes.

Sweetly caramelly and briskly cocoa-toned. Dark caramel, baking chocolate, fresh-cut fir, raisin, hints of pear and carnation in aroma and cup. Crisply bittersweet in structure, with backgrounded acidity. Smooth but lean mouthfeel. Dry chocolate and raisin dominate in a sweet but gently bitter-leaning finish.

Evaluated as espresso. Rich-toned, floral. Dark chocolate, black cherry, gently scorched cedar, molasses, magnolia-like flowers in aroma and small cup. Full, satiny mouthfeel; the crisp finish centers on notes of molasses and scorched cedar. Especially chocolaty in three parts milk, with pretty floral tones and undercurrents of smoky cedar.
